Meet the Team
Neil Tomlinson M.Arbor.A:- Neil started his career in arboriculture in 1989 at Calver Sough Nurseries, then in 1990 he obtained a place at Merrist Wood College and gained the ‘Tree Surgery for Craftsmen Certificate’. After returning from Merrist Wood, Neil started his own business and continues to run it successfully today.
During his career, Neil has continued with his professional development by sitting various courses including a certificate of competence in the safe use of pesticides, risk assessment for commercial arboriculture, arboriculture and bats, Chapter 8 – safety at street works and road works, first aid and more recently has gained the professional tree inspection certificate. Neil is also a professional member of the Arboricultural Association which allows him to use the M.Arbor.A status.
Chris Elliott:- Chris has been a valued member of the team for 10 years, he also holds a range of certificates including certificate of competence in chainsaw and related operations, certificate of competence in operating a chainsaw from a rope and harness, a certificate to climb trees and perform aerial rescue and first aid.
